Many years ago, I was looking for a new job. I found a company online, as many of us do. Their website talked about their mission and values, their projects, their customers, and their office. In my head, I had the vision of a company with 10-20 employees, working 5-7 active projects, for 2-4 premium customers, all from the comfort of their Financial Services-district office in the city.
